Casa Riva, a beautiful villa at the Ligurian seaside.
Our House
Casa Riva is a 4 bedroom villa with a big living room and kitchen. It has terraces around the house to sit and enjoy the beautiful view on the sea and Porto Maurizio, one of the oldest towns of Italy. In the summer, a swimming pool is available in the garden.
During a rental the whole house is at your disposal. Casa Riva with its high wooden ceiling and 4 bedrooms is new and equipped with everything you need. It is available for 6 up to 12 persons. The Mediterranean Sea with beautiful beaches is only fifteen minutes away, although you have a view of it all day from the terraces surrounding the house.
The surroundings
The valley of Dolcedo is a beautiful place filled with olive trees and a sea view on the Italian Riviera. This is the place to completely get to yourself. You can walk around in the area, and eat the fruits along the centuries old ‘mulattiere’, small donkey roads through the olivetrees that allow you to explore the entire valley. Close by, there is a fresh water source that scraped several natural swimming pools from the rock walls in the wilderness, where you can take a dip in the fresh water.
Discover centuries-old villages in the valleys, or the glorious towns such as San Remo and Ventimiglia, even via the seaside bike path known from the Giro d’Italia. You can also eat at the farmers Agriturismo, who puts countless courses on the table, all fresh from his own garden.
4 bedrooms
The house has 4 bedrooms, enough to host 12 people. With 2 bathrooms and large outside area everyone has enough privacy.
Swimming pool
In the summertime, you have your own swimming pool on the terrace next to the house.
Sea view
Enjoy a drink on the terraces that surround the house. Watch the old town of Porto Maurizio or the village of Dolcedo down the valley.
